Trey, you don’t always hear the good stuff. Just a note that the guy who came to my house Monday to repair the virus infection did a good job. My wife still experienced some email issues I was unaware of when the technician was here. We got a follow up call today, Wednesday, just to make sure things were OK and I told him the computer was working and my kids were happy, but my wife was having some email issues. She was home and I gave her my phone. Your guy was able to work with here over the phone and resolve the issue. As you know, a happy wife is a happy life. Thanks for helping to make mine happier and let the technicians know I appreciate their work.
