What is the bill rate for service?
  • CBT offers many billing rate plans to fit the client’s needs. Small business clients might take advantage of our block time agreements and IT Staffing while our residential customers might like a fixed hourly rate.
When do I receive my bill?
  • Clients of CBT can choose to receive their Bill either by mail or Email.
  How do I get updated when my system is worked on?
  •  As our Engineers work on your system they constantly enter case notes into our ticket software. These notes are then emailed to you at every stage your system goes through. If your email is non-accessible you may be called by request.
After I receive my bill can I get a copy of all work done to my system?
  • All work done to your system and all case notes are included with your bill either by mail or Email.
At what point should I just buy a new system vs. repair work?
  • When examining your system, CBT engineers can diagnose your system to determine what is the most cost effective fix.  In most cases repair is cheaper and in some cases a new system with data migration is the best option.
  How does CBT handle systems still under warranty?
  • IF a client machine is in need of parts, CBT always checks the warranty status of the system to get the needed parts covered under warranty first. If the warranty is expired CBT does offer replacement parts through our own sales department.
  Does CBT offer pickup and drop off services when my system needs work?
  • Depending on distance to system location CBT does offer pickup and drop off services. Depended on distance it might be more cost effective to mail the system to CBT.
  Why should I buy from CBT when BestBuy/Staples is down the road and more convenient?
  • CBT offers package deals with system purchases that include and are not limited to data migrations, software installs and system delivery at cost comparable if not less than retail chains.
